Maison Borghetti: bed and breakfast (chambres d'hôtes, B&B) in Talasani, la Castagniccia, Corsica (la Corse).

We offer an extensive breakfast from 8:30 to 11:00. It includes home-made yoghurt and freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, as well as all the standard ingredients of a good and ample breakfast.

We also offer table d'hôtes (on reservation, preferably before 12:00). In our open kitchen our qualified chef Patrick prepares a daily changing international menu, with the emphasis on Corsican and Mediterranean dishes, including a vegetarian option (let us know in advance please).
He will do his best to take account of your allergies and diets if you let him know beforehand.

Dinner is served from 20:00, and costs € 27,50 per person, including aperitif and house wine.
We have an excellent Corsican house wine, and also a small, select wine cellar in case you want to try something different.
We also serve various soft drinks and beers.

Please note that the kitchen is closed on Saturdays, between June and September also on Wednesdays, and during July and August also on Sundays. There is a restaurant within walking distance of Maison Borghetti (1,5 km.), open every day during the summer but only on Saturdays out of season, and in summer another one in the village (every day, five minutes walk). There are also restaurants at Folelli (9km.) and Moriani Plage (8km.).

As Brian is himself a vegetarian, you can be sure there'll always be vegetarian food available (but please let us know beforehand if you're a vegetarian).
